Hey Tiff--
I emailed you the recipe...but here it is again...
It's my go to recipe and it is SO GOOD. I LOVE homecoming at church too! We used to eat on the grounds, but now our new family life building holds everyone, so we're indoors now.
Recipe for Brown Rice:]

1 can beef consomme soup (Campbell's is the only brand I can find this in)

1 can French Onion soup (Campb. is the only brand I can find this in)

1 stick butter (DO NOT MELT IT)

1 cup rice (white)

1 (4oz) can of cut mushrooms (the little small can...I usually use stems and pieces cause it gets cooked down)
(drain the mushrooms)

Place rice in baking dish. Pour soups over it. Pour on mushrooms (drained). Place stick of butter on top. Cover and bake at 350 for 45mins to 1 hour. DO NOT STIR THIS. IT will cook up perfectly. and is SO STINKING GOOD.

I love the little monographed t-shirt! I might have to get one for my daughter!
If you are looking for summer recipes, did you see the one I posted for fresh squeezed lemonade? It is really easy and it tastes so good.

I agree with Annaliese - I've ordered many things from ChickadeeCircle, and they are all beautiful, personal, and come so quickly - not to mention they are helping bring a baby home to a wonderful family!!
