Time Warp

This past weekend we celebrated Carrie's Birthday in a BIG way. When I say big I am really referring to my hair. It was huge! Thanks Miss Ella! Carrie wanted an 80's themed bash, and I think we were able to deliver. The night started with dinner, then bowling and ended with a trip to Southbound.

Ella, Mack, Carrie, Jada and me
We love to pose!

Macon came as Joe Dirt, but found his shirt at Goodwill and it already had the initials EWL monogrammed on the front pocket. So we made up a new name for him......Ernest Wade Love.....and that's what we referred to him as the whole night. Drew reminded me of Hawaii Five O or a super cool frat boy. Poor Brandon he just looked like a pedophile in his windsuit.

My blush was a bit much. I just want to add that everywhere we went people thought we were too funny! At the bowling alley a couple of little girls came over and got all of our autographs. It was the funniest part of the entire night!

Weekend Recap

Thanksgiving Dinner at Whitney's

These pictures are from the Bachelorette party. The theme was "Golf pros and Tennis Ho's" and it was a big hit. Almost everyone who came was dressed up!

We always have to pose!

NOT READY!

The bride and her maids

What a group!
I'm too tired to fully re-cap tonight. Harry Potter on Friday, Bachelorette Party Saturday, and Thanksgiving with friends on Sunday.
I am worn out!

Breakfast of Champions

This my friends is the best and ONLY way to start a Friday workday!
Today (and yesterday) were crazy at work.
Stressful is an understatement, and I am being totally serious.
Thank goodness for Red Bull and Krispy Kreme Doughnut Holes!
No lie these were the only two things getting me and keeping me going today. I'm so glad we are only working two and a half days next week!

Guess who stood in line....in the freezing cold.....for over 45 minutes tonight to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows......................Yes ME! Don't judge folks! At least I wasn't camped out for 12 hours to see a midnight showing last night! Carrie and I went to the 7:00 showing. Glad we went an hour early!
In all honesty it was worth it. Once again Harry and his friends captivate me for two and a half hours, with their spells, potions and comic humor and of course love interests. I really wasn't sure I wanted to see this "beginning of the end" until the second part came out, but i'm glad I did. It's a great movie, and may just be how I spend my afternoon Thursday. Cassie is cooking Thanksgiving dinner in her new house this year, and then its a midnight shopping trip. I've got a few hours in between (when I should be sleeping) that I need to fill. Harry and his crew may be just the thing.
Happy Friday!

I'm not sure how many of my followers live in the east Tennessee area, but if you do, and you are looking for a new dentist then you need to come see Dr. Beeler. This is the dentist I work for (no I am not getting paid extra for this) now, and I am inviting all my friends to become new patients!

June 2011

I am thrilled to announce that sometime in June 2011, I am going to be an aunt! My sweet sister called me this morning to tell me that she is 5 weeks pregnant with her first baby! To say our family is over the moon with excitment would be an understatement! Cassie and Josh are going to be great parents and I can't wait to see my parents as grandparents.
Even though she has 30 + weeks to go I have already started looking at baby shower invites and decor. Perhaps I am getting a "bit" ahead of myself, but I am just thrilled! I adore babies, especially the ones I can play with for a few hours and then give back! Hahahaha!
Her first ultrasound is November 9th. I don't know how long she will have to wait to find out the gender, but as long as its healthy we will be overjoyed with a girl or a boy......or one of each!
Okay I am off to look at more invites, decor, strollers, car seats, bedding, clothes.........geez you would think I am the one having a baby! Hahahaha!

Blog Stalker!

I feel like such a blog stalker today! BUT......Kelly at http://www.kellyskornerblog.com/ is finding out today if baby "H" is a boy or a girl, and I am super excited! Not just for Kelly and Scott, but for sweet miss Harper too! If you follow Kelly then you already know what she has been through with infertility and then almost losing Harper. If you don't follow Kelly then you should! I read lots of blogs daily (normally my end of the day wind down), but Kelly's blog is always first on my list.

Tailgate Time in Tennessee

Alabama may have beat us Saturday, but we had an amazing tailgate!
We tailgate at the best chicken place on the strip, that just so happens to have the best sweet tea too! I dressed for a blizzard, but I thought it was suppose to be cold. It wasn't and I nearly melted during the tailgate. Half way through the game I was glad I had my leggings, long sleeves and jacket, and in the end I needed much more! Next game I will be packing at least two fleece blankets! Maybe even a snuggie!!!!!!!

This is our latest "family" picture.
We were being optimistic!

Dooley VS Dragons

This past Saturday our beloved Vols battled UAB......and when I say battled, I mean battled! All week whenever the upcoming game was mentioned, everyone said no problem....piece of cake......its in the bag........money in the bank. Yeah not so much! Basically it was a stress filled couple of hours. In the end after two overtimes, Dooley beat the dragons!

Cassie came to the game with us this week, and I was thrilled. Even though we only live about 10 minutes apart we still don't see each other a lot. Before she got married everybody told us that after the wedding we wouldn't be as close. I really couldn't see that since we are only 20 months apart and super close.......BUT......sadly it has turned out to be true. Our lives are just so busy these days! It was so nice to get to spend the afternoon with her! I love my sissy!
Three proud Vol fans!

Ella from the Bachelor

How many of you watch The Bachelor on ABC? Anybody watch Jake's season? Do you remember Ella? Ella is one of my very best friends! Even though she didn't find love with Jake, I am pleased to announce that she has in fact found love now. Ella is now engaged and planning her 2011 wedding. Her groom is in the Army and currently stationed in Afganistan. Unfortunately he can't help with the wedding planning from there. Carrie and I are honored to be bridesmaids and are having a blast helping her plan! BUT.......we need ideas! Several magazines have contacted Ella wanting to be at the wedding, and a couple of girls from her season are coming too! We want Ella's day to be amazing, but not cookie cutter. So send me your ideas! If you have a product or service that you want Ella to use in her wedding let me know!

It's football time in Tennessee!

Even though I know almost nothing about football, it is quickly becoming one of my new favorite things. That's thanks in most part to Carrie. She is a football fanatic! Yesterday we played Florida and it didn't end well for our beloved Vols. Sadly we lost, but our crew still had a blast tailgating and making the walk to and from the stadium.

Me & Ella
Of all the things to forget on gameday why oh why did it have to be sunscreen!!!!!!!

Love these girls!

This was how we looked by the end of the night. After a full day of tailgating, a two mile walk to the stadium, a two mile walk back and waiting FOREVER for dinner. A day like that makes for four very tired girls.

I love getting my hair done in a parking lot!
