I don't claim to be Betty Crocker or Martha Stewart, but I do know how to make a few dishes. Few being the key word in that sentence. Ha Ha! We had dinner at Paige's house tonight, and it doubled as a cooking lesson for me. I knew ya'll might have issues believing me........so here are pictures to prove it.
B is coming home soon for a few days so I am in the process of making a menu for his welcome home dinner. Cornbread salad and fruit salad with cream cheese dip are must haves, but I am still working on the main course. B likes chicken so maybe grilled chicken marinated in Italian dressing, or bbq chicken tenders. Cheesecake with chocolate covered strawberries sounds like a winner for desert. Any ideas for a fabulous welcome home dinner?
And what would a post be without a picture of miss pretty? Pres is almost 3 months old now. Every time I see her I am amazed at how much she is changing. Just tonight she was following my finger perfectly. She has become so alert in the past couple of weeks. Laughing and smiling are now everyday things.
